An eye for quality during production
During production we work with fixed quality control procedures for aspects such as:
incoming goods, cleaning effectiveness, temperature of semi-finished products, heating process, weight of finished product, temperature control in areas and during transport, metal detection and visual aspects of finished product
Outside of production we carry out even more checks and analyses in order to guarantee quality and safety:
organoleptic inspections, chemical analyses, microbiological analyses, environmental research
